The 1st International Symposium on Fiber-Reinforced Shotcrete for Underground Mining (InFum) will be held in the city of Rio de Janeiro, from October 1 to 4, 2023, on the campus of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio)
InFum will bring together all sectors related to the underground mining industry and the research community to share knowledge and practical experience.
having as chairman o Prof. Flavio de Andrade Silva, director of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at PUC-Rio and responsible for the Structures and Materials Laboratory of that department, InNFUM aims to bring together students, researchers from academia and industry to share and discuss the latest developments in this field .
